Host a Course

Mbodies Academy invites all facilities, training schools or other organisations who would like to be involved with the delivery of one, some or all of our Brands, courses and workshops to contact us to discuss possibilities.

Unlike many Pilates and Fitness based training organisations we aim to be inclusive as opposed to exclusive and believe that too many organisations are forced, reluctantly, to create inferior ‘copy-and-paste’ workshops because they feel ‘shut-out’ by exclusive training organisations who become competitors rather than partners.

Where an organisation has its own database of clients and students we are delighted to work with that organisation to deliver our workshops by jointly marketing the workshops, providing a top quality trainer and all educational materials and relying on the hosting centre to manage all administrative aspects of the event.

We have a number of schemes available which allow cross branding of workshops and different levels of risk and reward for the hosting centre.

Standard Hosting Arrangement

The Hosting Organisation provides the venue - fully equipped to run the course.  By arrangement Mbodies may be able to provide some of the infrastructure or accessories needed.

Mbodies charges £150.00 (inclusive of taxes) per taught hour for the course which the Hosting Organisation pays in two parts : An initial non-refundable deposit of £250.00 per day that the course or courses are running and then a balance of the remainder one calendar month before the agreed date of the course.

The deposit must be paid BEFORE the course can be marketed by either party and there must be a minimum of 90 days between deposit paid and course start date.  This is to allow sufficient time to make the marketing a success.

The £150.00 per hour covers the Cost of Mbodies providing and delivering the course within a 100 mile radius of 'Witney' (Oxfordshire) or where applicable within 100 mile distance of the home location of the tutor.  Outside of this distance the hosting centre will be responsible for Second class Train fare travel costs and bed and breakfast facilities as appropriate.

Finally there is a manual and Certification charge which is paid following the course - to cover the cost of production of manuals and certificates -  this is typically £10.00 per head but in situations where there are large or multiple manuals it may be more.

With this arrangement Mbodies will agree the maximum number of delegates that a facility will hold -  we put a maximum number of delegates as 16 without further discussion.  We have run large hosted courses with 2 tutors to maintain quality on occasions - but fees per hour are then higher.

The Hosting centre takes all monies and markets the course jointly with Mbodies -  Mbodies provides a dedicated online booking portal with electronic payment facilities which can be pointed to in all marketing.

Shared Hosting Arrangement

The Hosting Organisation provides the venue - fully equipped to run the course.  By arrangement Mbodies may be able to provide some of the infrastructure or accessories needed.

the Hosting Centre has plenty of space (lets assume room for 16 people) but believes that it can only bring in 7 or 8 delegates through its own marketing and therefore wishes to reduce its exposure to risk.

Mbodies reduces the standard £150.00 (inclusive of taxes) per taught hour for the course down to £90.00 per hour, which the Hosting Organisation pays in two parts : An initial non-refundable deposit of £250.00 per day that the course or courses are running and then a balance of the remainder one calendar month before the agreed date of the course.

The deposit must be paid BEFORE the course can be marketed by either party and there must be a minimum of 90 days between deposit paid and course start date.  This is to allow sufficient time to make the marketing a success.

The £90.00 per hour covers the Cost of Mbodies providing and delivering the course within a 100 mile radius of 'Witney' (Oxfordshire) or where applicable within 100 mile distance of the home location of the tutor.

The Hosting Organisation pays only for the manuals of the people who it has brought to the course.

With this arrangement Mbodies is able to advitise directly and take the money for 6 delegates that it chooses to bring to the course -  The hosting Centre can fill all remaining places.

The Hosting centre takes all monies for its courses and markets the course directly -  Mbodies provides a dedicated online booking portal with electronic payment facilities which can be pointed to all marketing and is limited to accept the maximum delegates allowed in the agreement.

Mbodies uses a second booking portal for its 6 places - but transfers its marketing efforts to fill the Hosting Organisations booking portal once its own 6 places are filled.
