The causes of incontinence are multifactorial, but incontinence can often be improved or eliminated altogether with a comprehensive and step-by-step pelvic floor muscle training programme.

Explore the anatomy of the female and male pelvic floor, how continence is maintained, and contributing factors to incontinence.

Learn to recognize and correct faulty postures, breathing patterns, and movement strategies that can affect continence and how to apply this stepwise method to improving continence.
