Kaye McGowan teaches a range of Matwork Pilates classes in Bollington, and also offers reformer classes and 1:1 classes in Alderley Edge. Kaye came into the world of Pilates through her work as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, realising the benefits and adaptability of the exercises and the effect on her patients she trained in Matwork Pilates and has never looked back. Kaye is passionate about helping everyone to enjoy the benefits of Pilates and especially adapting the exercises for those with injuries or illness to help improve their function and fitness.
