As a breast cancer survivor I understand all to well the limitations that we can be left with following surgery.
My recovery led me to become interested in nutriiton and fitness and the link between them and our health.
Inspire Fitness is a ladies only fitness facility where we focus on helping women to be the best versions of themselves they can.
