Details

I qualified as a Physiotherapist with BSc (Hons) in 2008. Since then I have worked in various privates settings with a particular interest in neurology, musculoskeletal and aquatic physiotherapy (hydrotherapy).

I am a fully certified Pilates instructor,teaching since 2009 with training through the APPI health group in mat work and reformer. I am also trained in Poolates (Pilates in the water).

I completed the Pink Ribbon Programme in 2014 and am a Certified Pink Ribbon Program Instructor and Rehabilitative Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist.

I work at LEAR Fitness teaching various classes throughout the week and also private physiotherapy. All of the Pilates instructors at LEAR Fitness are physiotherapists. Please contact me or LEAR Fitness for more information above our services and Pilates classes.
