1:1 PILATES

I am an experienced , fully qualified Level 3 Mat and Studio Pilates teacher, who can help you learn the Pilates method either in the comfort of your home or at my Home Studio where I have a Reformer, Pilates Chair, Ladder Barrel, Arc, Spine Corrector and numerous small equipment. I can accommodate 1:1 or 2:1 classes at my studio.

I am confident in working with clients who need Rehab or Clinical Pilates, Seniors Pilates, Pilates for Osteoporosis suffers, Pre/Postnatal Pilates and clients who are fully fit and want to move and challenge their bodies. I also hold daytime and evening Mat classes in Berkhamsted, Herts.

I hold a First Aid certificate and am fully insured. I regularly attend courses to keep my knowledge up to date.

I teach within the Three Counties area of Beds, Bucks and Herts
