Details
Gillian is wife and mother and also a full time fitness professional. Gillian has been exercising since her early twenties after injuring her back during child birth, retraining as a fitness professional in her early 40’s. Since Gillian qualified in the fitness industry she has kept up to date through reading and attending courses. She now specialises in exercise for the management of lower back pain and is a Modern pilates instructor.
