Details
Rob has been teaching Pilates since 2004, offering both lessons on the specialist Pilates machines in his small private Studio as well as group classes in the area.
He also holds qualifications in both Yoga and Exercise for Low Back Pain Management; in addition he has attended CranioSacral Therapy (CST) training with the Upledger Institute, as he wanted to have a non-invasive "hands-on" skill to provide his clients with a different approach.
Rob continues to be inspired by both fellow therapists, teachers and above all by his clients. His aim is to utilise his knowledge of Pilates, Yoga, Anatomy and CST to help each client on their unique journey. He continues to study, regularly attending workshops and courses to expand his knowledge.
Rob’s personal teaching philosophy is based on the following principles:
- Each client is unique
- Helping clients to be “successful” & building self-confidence
- Non-Judgement
- To be calm, caring & kind
