Description

The Pilates Studio is a small, friendly boutique pilates studio, set in the heart of Penwortham, upstairs at Trybe Hot Yoga.  The studio has a range of Reformers, Cadillacs and Towers, Chairs and Barrels.

A student Kitchen allows those who want to use the fridge or microwave to prepare their own snacks and lunch - there is no maid service so all cutlery and pots to be washed up at the time - as well as offering a kettle and tea and coffee options for students.

Located with its own dedicated car parking for half a dozen cars and other free parking very close the studio has coffee bars and sandwich shops within a minute or two in either direction.

Directions – by public transport

It is easy to get to the studio from Preston Railway station -  the walk is pretty much straight and flat and will take 25 minutes if brisk walking the 1.3 miles. By taxi from the station its 6 or 7 minutes.  Alternatively the bus is easy.  Catch the number 2 or number 3 from Bus Stand A at the station and if on the number 2 alight 5 stops later or on the number 3 its 4 stops to the library and then walk the last 2 or 3 minutes to the studio.

Directions – by plane / secondary transport

The nearest Airport is Manchester Airport and it is not much longer 1.5 hours to take a train from the airport to Preston (2 stops on the Transpenine express in the direction of Glasgow Central and then take the bus from Preston see above) than to take a taxi from the airport with a journey lasting about an hour.
