Details

I have been a Physiotherapist for more then 30 years, during which time I have treated and gained experience in musculo-skeletal conditions, and neurological conditions as MS. I have done numerous courses in both fields. I gained my Pilates instructor qualification  5 yrear ago and I am now running 5 Pilates classes a week. I also take an once weekly MS physio class in Witney. The exercises are mainly Pilates based.
