I am a qualified Pilates instructor and work from my studio in Ballyclare.  I have completed the Matwork and Accessories Pilates for MS course with Mbodies and gain experience working with MS due to my partner being diagnosed with MS since 2013.  You can see more information of what I can offer on my wesbite.
