I have been doing pilates for over 25yeats and qualified as a teacher 10years ago. Pilaes is what I am all about, it?s my passion. I want to share my knowledge with others. I have worked with several clients with MS ranging from various different degrees of capability. Pilates is key to those whom suffer from MS as and other such conditions as it helps with some of the daily symptoms faced.
