Details
Loretta is a Comprehensively Certifed Classical Pilates Teacher and Sports Massage Practitioner, with an interest in myofascial release and Kinesiology. She has a fully equipped studio for one-to-one/semi private training or reformer duets based in Watford, Herts. She also holds community mat classes in Oxhey, Herts for all levels.
She is experienced in working with a range of clients whether they are fully fit and looking for a great workout or have special needs including back care, sports injury, post surgery care, multiple sclerosis, pre and post natal. Additionally she works in conjunction with Osteopaths and Physiotherapists to ensure rehabilitation from illness and injury.
