Kataneh's journey with Pilates Managemnts Back Pain began when she was so inspired by her own improvements from a long and gruelling period of combating back pain, from years of performaing ballet and conduction intense fitness training. KATANEH is also fully qualified Osteoprosis, Scoliosis, Spinal surgery, Pilates for runners and Pink& Ribbon post rehab pilates teacher. She has got 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her extensive back ground in ballet led her to embrace Pilates as a neutral extension of her profession. She is committed to assisting her client's individual needs through various techniques to improve their awareness of bodily function by combining Pilates practice with healthy daily living movements.
