A certified Pilates Mat instructor through  BASI Pilates (Body, Arts and Science International) and a Level 1 Pilates Reformer teacher  Clare is continuing her Pilates education increasing the range of Reformer Repertoire to cover all of the Classical and Contemporary Reformer Repertoire to offer a full choice of Reformer programming to her clients.
