For the last 5 years I have been treating horses and working with Horse riders, holding EquiPilates workshops and running CPD for the BHS, teaching online Pilates mat for everybody including studio mat classes, working for and with various professional studios and working in carehomes with adults with disabilities running weekly Pilates/movement sessions.
