Details

Hi I am Joanne a fitness instructor and personal trainer based in Crawley West sussex. I am passionate about helping people regain confidence and quality of life through movement and exercise.

From mid January I will be delivering Pink Ribbon rehabilitation sessions for The Olive Tree, Crawleys cancer support centre. They will be held at Nuffield Healths brand new community hub at Three Bridges football club on a Tuesday at 12pm

I will also be running one at The Macmillan Centre based at East Sussey hospital on a Thursday at 10am.

Due to space these sessions need to be prebooked directly with either The Olive Tree or with Macmillan.

 

I can also work with you privately from my home gym in Maidenbower at your home if you live in Crawley or online via Zoom.
