Nikki qualified as a Body Control Pilates Level 3 Matwork Instructor in 2010 after undertaking a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and has since completed further training in Intermediate Matwork, Pilates for the Older Person, Osteoporosis, Parkinsons Disease, MS and Stroke Survivor Rehabilitation. Instrumental in helping to set up The City of York Council's HEAL and EngAge exercise Programmes, Nikki is truly passionate about bringing Pilates and movement to everybody and achieving functional results which can enhance day to day living.
