Details

With an interest in ballet since the age of five, I studied dance for three years at The Arts Educational School in London. On graduation I danced professionally on television and in shows.

I had always taken a keen interest in how to get the best out of the body in order to sustain the demands of performing. So my move into personal training was a natural progression.

Following completion of my personal training qualifications, I felt I was only scratching the surface of what I might offer to prospective clients: ambitions took me next on to train as a nutritional therapist to an advanced level.

I have followed the rise of Pilates since its introduction into the UK. I am in no doubt that Pilates deserves its reputation and popularity. My Pilates qualification allows me to provide remedial Pilates on a one-to-one basis, and to integrate Pilates techniques into individually-tailored fitness and remedial programmes.

Inspired to further broaden the range of services I could present to clients motivated me to study and gain qualificatons in remedial and sports massage.

To be able to offer to any client an appropriate combination of training and fitness instruction, nutritional therapy, Pilates and remedial and sports massage, I believe contributes to my capacity to deliver a well-informed, well-considered and well-rounded personal training service.
